As a DJ, singer and rapper, Mark has delivered his brand of energy and wowed audiences from within the brand of energy and audiences fro it in the heart of London to New York, Las Vegas, Mexico, Hong Kong, Miami and Monaco to name only a few.
Throughout his years on the circuit, Mark has performed in front of and alongside the likes of Jay Z, Beyonce, Jason Derulo, Smokey Robinson, Simon Cowell and most recently supporting award winning visual DJ ‘Afishal’ at Camden’s Koko.
As an accomplished singer, Mark not only spins the thetunes, he sings them, delivering a high energy, inclusive show for all.

She is also a huge fan of classics from the 70s all the way through to hits of today - she’s really versatile & passionate about what she does.

Do I Need a DJ if I Booked a Band?
If budget allows we'd always say YES because DJs are so incredibly versatile, they can suit the mood for any occasion & morph the energy and provide the perfect soundtrack for every moment of the event, whether it's during dinner, awards, dancing during the party, goodbyes or the after party into the early hours of the morning.
Can a DJ Work in a Venue with a Sound Limiter?
Yes, a DJ can work in a venue with a sound limiter, but it requires careful planning and adjustment. A sound limiter is a device that monitors the volume levels in a venue and cuts off the power if the sound exceeds a set limit. Many venues use sound limiters to comply with local noise regulations or avoid disturbing nearby areas.
A professional DJ will be familiar with working within these constraints. They can adjust their equipment, such as the speakers and amplifiers, to ensure the volume stays within the venue’s limit. Additionally, they may use sound compressors and limiters within their own setup to prevent any sudden spikes in volume that could trigger the venue's system.
Communication with the venue beforehand is essential so the DJ knows the exact volume threshold and can test the sound during setup. While the sound limiter does impose restrictions, a skilled DJ can still create a lively atmosphere without breaching the noise limit. Proper planning ensures that the music quality is maintained while adhering to the venue's regulations.
How Do I Choose my Wedding DJ?
It's common for couples to think about the music they like, but this is only part of the picture if you want to have an incredible wedding. If you're metal heads, but nobody else at your wedding is, it's probably not a great plan to have metal all night long!

How Long Does an Events DJ Play For?
This varies from event to event - it really depends on you and your event's schedule.
When you hire a DJ from Next Level, they're available for you for up to 4 hours of DJing throughout your day, whether it's during welcome drinks, during dinner, awards, dancing, after party - you name it!

Can a Wedding DJ Play Any Song?
Absolutely! If it's been recorded, your DJ can play it for you.
While this is possible, we do recommend that clients don't try to pick every single song, just as you wouldn't choose all the ingredients at a Michelin starred restaurant, you tell us the type of musical feast you'd like, tell us about your guests and what they like, and our DJs will create an incredible night of entertainment based on your tastes, so you can have the time of your lives & dance the night away.
